Any questions concerning issues of cost and insurance can be addressed to the Office Administor, Mrs. Leslie Schaible, by e-mail or phone (757-481-4969)
All payment for surgical procedures must be received in full 14 days prior to your surgery date to reserve the Operating Room, the Anesthesiologist and Nursing staff.
Payment is accepted in the form of:
- Cash
- Bank Cashier’s Check
- Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa)
- Personal Check
Other financing options can be arranged through CareCredit.
